I have made a purchase, where are my files?
An account was created for you with the email address and password you set during checkout.
You can login to your account with these details and download your files from My Account > Downloads

My invitation is not working correctly – the fonts are not the right size…
You will need Adobe Reader to edit your invitation.
You can get it for free here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/
Adobe Reader is the only software that is compatible with editable invitations.

How do I change the font size on the invitation?
Open the file in Abode Reader and select CTRL + E (Windows) or CMD + E (Mac).
This will open an editing toolbar to change the font and size.
